The festival "Herring under a fur coat" has become a good New Year's tradition for culinary specialists in Russia and other countries. Over the years, more than 1000 chefs from Russia, Serbia, Italy, France, Belarus, Argentina, Morocco, Israel, Ukraine, Madagascar, Turkey, Congo have taken part in it. More than 200 different salad recipes have been tried. The festival brings together Russian and foreign chefs, food manufacturers, food startups, specialized educational institutions, retail chains, famous restaurants. The event is traditionally held with the support of the Potato Union.
On December 10, three enterprises located near Moscow — Agroholding Dmitrovskie Vegetables, SEC Lesnye Dali, JSC Ozery — offered their high-quality products for the preparation of festival dishes - peeled and pasteurized potatoes and vegetables, chips. The products have been highly appreciated by the professional community. SPK "Lesnye Dali" and Agroholding "Dmitrovskie Vegetables" received certificates for the exclusive, non-exclusive right to use the trademark of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for the Support and Development of the Public Catering Industry "International Alliance of Professional Culinaries" with the signature "International Alliance of Professional Culinaries recommends" for the period until 01.01.2024 .XNUMX.
