The Government of the Russian Federation will allocate 13,82 billion rubles for the development of rural cooperation and support for farmers in the framework of the national project “Small and medium-sized enterprises and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives”.
“The signed order approved the distribution of inter-budget transfers provided to 2019 subjects of the Federation in 2021-83 from the federal budget in the total amount of 13,82 billion rubles: in 2019 - in the amount of 5,37 billion rubles, in 2020 - 3,84 billion rubles, in 2021 - 4,61 billion rubles, ”the explanatory note to the document says.
It is noted that funds will be provided for the implementation of regional programs aimed at the implementation of the national project. At their expense, in particular, projects for the creation and development of farms will be subsidized, the costs of agricultural consumer cooperatives associated with the acquisition of various property, as well as the purchase of agricultural products from members of the agricultural cooperative, will be partially reimbursed.
The decision was made in the framework of the federal project "Creating a system of support for farmers and the development of rural cooperation." It is planned that by the end of 2024, almost 127 thousand people will be involved in small and medium enterprises in agriculture.
The national project “Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and the Support of Individual Entrepreneurship Initiatives” was developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to achieve the goals set by Russian President Vladimir Putin in the May decree of 2018, they must be achieved before 2024. The structure of the national project includes five federal projects: improving the business environment, expanding access for SMEs to financial resources, including preferential financing, accelerating SMEs, creating a support system for farmers and developing rural cooperation, and promoting entrepreneurship.
