Graduated from the Chelyabinsk Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture, the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. The first place of work is a mechanic. He held the positions of director of the regional department of agriculture, deputy akim of the region. In 1989, he organized an agricultural production cooperative in the Kostanay region. In 1992 he founded the Bisco holding. Chairman of the Board of the Association of Legal Entities "Union of Potato and Vegetable Growers of Kazakhstan" since 2016. Member of the working group on the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Senate of the Parliament, member of the national scientific council in the priority area "Sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex and safety of agricultural products."
