The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation will not allow the introduction of restrictions on the import of imported pesticides and agrochemicals that do not have Russian analogues. Deputy Minister Andrei Razin spoke about this during the plenary session on crop production at the Russian agro-industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn-2023”.
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has been studying the issue of quotas for the import of foreign-made plant protection products. According to the speaker, this should in no way concern the nomenclature, which has no analogues in Russia.
The official also added that now domestic farmers do not experience a shortage of necessary drugs.
