Rosselkhoznadzor is seriously concerned about the systematic nature of violations in the supply of products from the Republic of Kazakhstan to Russia. Earlier, the department reported that it was recording attempts to import sanctioned goods from Kazakhstan. So, on March 3, in the Orenburg region, three vehicles were identified in which more than 60 tons of German ware potatoes were transported under the guise of Kazakh products.
Given these circumstances and in order to prevent the supply of sanctioned products to Russia, the Rosselkhoznadzor appealed to the State Inspection Committee in the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a request to suspend the issuance of phytosanitary certificates for ware potatoes intended for export to the Russian Federation.
The resumption of supplies will become possible only after bringing the phytosanitary certification system carried out in the Republic of Kazakhstan to international standards, providing the Rosselkhoznadzor with information on the investigations carried out in these cases.
