The Ministry of Agriculture of the Chuvash Republic discussed the mechanism for implementing state support for self-employed citizens running personal subsidiary plots (LPH).
Subsidies for private household plots are provided at an approved rate per ton of potatoes and open-ground vegetables (cabbage, carrots, beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, garlic) of own production sold in the current financial year.
The rate per ton of potatoes sold by the self-employed is 3 thousand rubles, per ton of vegetables sold – 2 thousand rubles. In total, 600 thousand rubles are allocated from the federal budget to support Chuvash private household plots growing vegetables.
The total amount claimed by the region in 2023 under the federal project “Stimulating increased production of potatoes and vegetables” is 126 million rubles.
