In the Moscow region, there is a program to subsidize the construction of modern vegetable stores, which are necessary to preserve the harvest, said the governor of the Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov, reports Press Service of the Government of the Moscow Region.
“The most important task is state support for the construction of vegetable stores, which are needed to preserve the harvest in late winter and early spring,” Vorobyov said at an operational meeting with the leadership of the regional government and heads of districts.
He noted that such a subsidy program already exists, vegetable stores are being built.
“Vegetable growing, plant growing in the open field. Our leader is Dmitrovsky Vegetables. Before the sowing campaign, we had a conversation with farmers, and we are closely monitoring how the volumes are increasing. Plus 10% this year we have to harvest,” concluded Vorobyov.
In the Moscow Region, state support measures are in place for the implementation of investment projects to create vegetable stores. Entrepreneurs can receive preferential loans (at 1-5%), reimbursement of 20% of the costs for the reconstruction of storage facilities (not higher than the marginal cost of the facility), reimbursement of 1/4 of the costs (but not more than the marginal cost of the facility) for the creation or modernization of storage facilities.
There are also tax benefits in the Moscow region: 15,5% - income tax rate for a period until January 1, 2023 and exemption from property tax for a period of 4 years. Plots in the region are provided for rent without bidding.
