It is planned to allocate about 5 billion rubles of budget funds for these purposes, which is 40% more than in 2021.
In order to stimulate the process of merging small businesses, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia is consistently implementing a number of support measures. So, since 2015, agricultural consumer cooperatives can receive grants, the maximum amount of which is 70 million rubles. In general, over seven years, about 12 billion rubles were allocated for grants, which made it possible to implement over a thousand projects, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture reports.
In addition, additional support mechanisms have been operating since 2019, covering almost all types of cooperatives, including newly created ones. Last year, such measures were implemented in 72 regions of Russia. 1,3 cooperatives received targeted support in the amount of 512 billion rubles.
Concessional loans have also become more affordable — in 2021, more than 60 cooperatives received loans totaling 2,3 billion rubles. The Ministry will continue to implement support measures aimed at developing agricultural cooperation.
