At the Interregional Agro-Industrial Forum "Day of the Siberian Field-2022" in the Altai Territory, a meeting of the State Council Commission in the direction of "Agriculture" was held, reports press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. The event discussed the issues of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex, in particular the development of information systems in the industry. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory - Minister of Agriculture and Trade Leonid Shorokhov.
Governor of the Altai Territory Viktor Tomenko noted that the Russian agro-industrial complex is one of the largest consumers of digital solutions. At the same time, the potential for development in this industry is very high. “Today, agricultural producers are increasingly introducing precision farming systems, using the results of remote sensing of the earth, using digital technologies for accounting, control and marketing of products. To achieve the “digital maturity” of the agro-industrial complex, special attention at the federal level is paid to ensuring the traceability of agricultural products, transferring state support to an electronic format, as well as creating digital services,” said Viktor Tomenko.
The Krasnoyarsk Territory successfully works with federal and regional information systems in the agro-industrial complex, participates in pilot projects of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture on the digital transformation of the industry.
“The key regional system for us is the APK24 Subsidy. It allows agricultural producers to submit documents for state aid in electronic form, thereby saving time and receiving budget funds as quickly as possible. Work on the information platform has been ongoing since 2019. Today, more than 90% of applications for state support are considered by specialists of the ministry in electronic form. Since the beginning of the year, the subjects of the agro-industrial complex of the region have submitted more than 6 thousand applications in the system,” said Deputy Chairman of the Government of the region, Minister of Agriculture and Trade Leonid Shorokhov.
Since last year, the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been stimulating the use of modern technologies in agricultural production. Farmers can count on support from the regional budget to purchase digital equipment. In 2022, 51 million rubles are planned for these purposes.
“Since the beginning of the year, 19 farms have already received about 11 million rubles for the purchase of elements of the precision farming system. 35 units of "smart" equipment were purchased, in particular, equipment for parallel driving for combines, for seeding control - for seeders and seeding complexes, as well as agricultural navigators. Agricultural producers can apply for support before the end of the year,” Leonid Shorokhov drew attention.
