16 farmers from the Vladimir region this year received grants for the development of their business - from two to four million rubles. Among them is an entrepreneur from the Sobinsky district. Agrostartup by Aleksey Mokeev is the production of dry vegetable mixes.
With the help of the grant, the novice businessman purchased domestic equipment (the convection unit was assembled to order in Kirov) and prepared the premises. The entrepreneur buys raw materials from local farmers. Five types of vegetables are processed on the line: potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onions and beets, from which vegetable mixtures are prepared for first courses. No additives are used in the cooking process - the process is tied only to heat treatment.
They wash, peel, cut and chop vegetables by hand, but drying ... Drying is a matter of technology.
In the finished package - one hundred and forty grams of dried vegetables, it is designed for about eight servings of the first course.
The entrepreneur sells vegetable sets at retail, mainly on marketplaces.
