In Kabardino-Balkaria, the implementation of measures in the field of reclamation of agricultural lands is carried out within the framework of the regional project "Export of agricultural products", which is part of the national project "International cooperation and export", and the departmental program "Development of the reclamation complex of Russia".
“In 2019-2020, within the framework of these programs, 16,5 thousand hectares of irrigated land were commissioned in the republic. The volume of state support for 2 years amounted to almost a billion rubles, and more specifically, 980 million rubles, ”said the Minister of Agriculture of Kabardino-Balkaria Khasan Sizhazhev during a visiting meeting of the Head of the KBR K.V. Kokov with farmers on the issue of spring field work.
This year, according to the agreement signed between the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia and the Government of the republic, it is planned to commission about 8,6 thousand hectares of irrigated land, including within the regional project "Export of agricultural products" - 4,72 thousand hectares, according to the departmental program " Development of ameliorative complex in Russia "- 3,82 thousand hectares.
It is planned to allocate 2021 million rubles from the federal and republican budgets for events in the field of land reclamation in 615.
