Within the framework of the FGBU forum "Grain Quality Assessment Center" organizes a round table on the topic: “Changes in grain legislation, state grain monitoring, grain traceability system. Ensuring the reliability of the declaration of grain and products of its processing ".
FSBI "Center for Grain Quality Assessment" is a subordinate institution of Rosselkhoznadzor; testing laboratory; certification body in the system of certification of food products, food raw materials and feed; inspection body; provider in carrying out proficiency testing of testing (analytical) laboratories through interlaboratory comparative tests. The main goal of the Establishment is the implementation of a unified state policy in the field of ensuring the quality and safety of grain, cereals, animal feed and components for their production, as well as by-products of grain processing; plant quarantine and protection; safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals; seed production; ensure soil fertility.
During the roundtable, participants will discuss the following topics:
- Federal Law No. 520-FZ “On Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation “On Grain” and Article 14 of the Federal Law “On the Development of Agriculture” - state monitoring of grain at the place of its cultivation, the introduction of a traceability system for grain and grain products, the formation and maintenance of a federal register legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the storage of grain and / or providing grain storage services as a business activity, execution of a shipping document for a batch of grain or a batch of grain processing products and other innovations;
