In the fall, the Russian government will prepare a new version of the state program for agricultural development, which will include a national export development project, said Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Gordeev.
“If we talk about agricultural policy, I would say a few words that there will be a reconfiguration of agricultural policy,” said Gordeev at a meeting with members of the Federation Council. “This will be expressed in what we need to submit to the government by October-November, I mean, first of all, the Ministry of Agriculture, where the national project will be immersed, that is, all the targets,” the Deputy Prime Minister added.
Russian President Vladimir Putin in May signed a decree on national goals and strategic objectives for the development of the Russian Federation until 2024. In particular, he ordered the government to increase the export of non-primary non-energy goods to $ 250 billion a year by this year, including agricultural products - to $ 45 billion on 30.07.2018/XNUMX/XNUMX.
