Within the framework of the AGROSALON-2020 exhibition, which will be held from October 6 to October 9 in Moscow, the Rostselmash company will present a number of new products and premieres.
One of the main premieres will be the RSM F 2650 ultra-powerful forage harvester developed on the basis of the Rostselmash global platform. The harvester is designed specifically for high-yielding backgrounds and is best suited for large agricultural enterprises that need high-quality feed in large quantities.
This machine has incorporated the best technical solutions in the industry, so it is simultaneously high-performance, economical, simple and intelligent.
Performance Characteristics
650-liter Mercedes-Benz engines from. paired with a hydrostatic transmission provide stable and economical operation in difficult conditions, smooth, soft speed control. At one refueling tank with a capacity of 1500 l, you can work up to 12 hours in the busiest mode at speeds up to 15 km / h. Transport speed - 25 or 40 km / h.
By default, the RSM F 2650 forage harvester is offered with rear-wheel drive, but an all-wheel drive version is optionally available. For various operating conditions, three tire sizes are also provided, including 900 mm for movement on soils with low bearing capacity.
By the way, the dimensions of the car with standard tires make it possible to move along general roads without additional support, and the retrofitting of a tire pressure adjustment system makes it possible to reach speeds on stretches of up to 40 km / h.
Thanks to the system of longitudinal-transverse copying of the relief on the forage harvester, it is possible to work with adapters with a working width of up to 7,5 m, and thanks to the quick hitch system with a quick-disconnect coupling, the header connection time takes minutes. The drive of the feeder and adapters is hydraulic.
The grinding apparatus with a drum 705 mm wide and 630 mm in diameter with 24 chevron-mounted knives rotates at a speed of up to 1200 rpm. and equipped with a hydraulic system for continuously variable cutting lengths ranging from 4 to 22 mm. The slider-type chopper with a 20% difference in roller rotation speeds is now equipped with an automatic installation system in the transport channel - a convenient feature.
A universal preservative application system suggests the ability to work with concentrated or diluted with water preparations. Consumption when using concentrates - from 0,3 l. up to 6 l / h, when using diluted preparations - from 10 l. up to 300 l / h. And the combination of functions for measuring the moisture level of the ground mass, assessing the throughput and controlling the dosage of drugs in accordance with current information significantly increases the effectiveness of the preservative application system.
A few words about intelligence and convenience
In addition to the already familiar convenient and smart control and monitoring system, the manufacturer serially equips RSM F 2650 combines with the Agrotronic remote monitoring system. More than 80 parameters are transmitted via a GPRS modem and are available both online and in recording from any computer connected to the system. Additionally, they offer many more options, for example, a “field laboratory” for determining the composition of the crushed mass, yield mapping, auto driving, etc., etc.
To simplify maintenance, the combine is equipped with a compressor with a 100-liter receiver, an automated lubrication system, a video control system for the discharge zone, and a rear-view camera.
The new generation of forage harvesters will also be equipped with new unified adapters. Reapers for harvesting coarse silage with a working width of 4,5 / 6 / 7,5 m. Maize Header. Sorters 3 or 4m. Rotary reaper for leaf-silage with a working width of 6 m.
AGROSALON exhibition will be held from October 6 to 9, 2020 in Moscow, at the Crocus Expo international exhibition center.
AGROSALON is officially included in a number of the largest international expositions of agricultural machinery, and is the only exhibition in Russia representing the products of the world's leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery.
