On October 8, Crocus Expo IEC will host public hearings on the topic “Self-propelled counterfeit: how to remove dangerous machinery from the agricultural market” as part of the Russian Agro-Technical Forum.
Illegal import and production of special equipment, counterfeit spare parts, imperfection of the legislative base, lack of levers of control in the market and low consumer culture focused only on the price level - all these problems negatively affect the civilized development of the Russian agro-industrial complex. Manufacturers of domestic special equipment, farmers, consumers, and the environment are suffering. The participants in the hearings will discuss not only the causes of these problems, but also the measures taken to combat counterfeiting in order to remove low-quality special equipment from Russian fields and roads and ensure the safety of its operation.
The event will be attended Abramov Alexey Vladimirovich, - Head of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology; Babkin Konstantin Anatolyevich - President of the Association "Rosspetsmash"; Migin Sergey Vladimirovich - Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation; as well as representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, peasant (farmer) enterprises and agricultural cooperatives of Russia, as well as the machine-building complex of Russia.
The organizers will be the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology of Russia and the Rosspetsmash Association.
The event will take place on October 8 at 12.00 in the Conference Hall of Pavilion 3 of Crocus Expo IEC.
