A warehouse for storing processed agricultural products with a total area of 17,6 thousand square meters will be built in the rural settlement of Rybolovskoye (Ramenskoye urban district). The building permit was issued by the Ministry of Housing Policy of the Moscow Region. This was announced by the head of the department Inna Fedotova.
The warehouse complex will consist of two warehouses with refrigerated chambers inside for prompt processing of incoming goods. The buildings will be used to store frozen vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beets, corn, peas, green beans, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli) and instant mixes.
On the adjacent territory there are asphalt roads, 30 parking spaces, areas for product shipment, floodlights for lighting in the dark.
The construction of the warehouse complex will create more than 200 new jobs in the Ramenskoye urban district. The project is accompanied by a personal manager of the Center for Construction Assistance under the Government of the Moscow Region.
The developer plans to complete construction at the end of 2022. The volume of investments for the implementation of the project will amount to about 1,5 billion rubles.
