The farmers are also pleased with the yield of the “second bread” this year. The average yield in the republic is 206 c / ha, or 105% compared to last year.
Today, farmers of the Tersk region harvest most of the potatoes per hectare - about 240 centners.
In second place is the Cherek region with a yield of 230 c / ha.
The Baksan and Zolsky districts share the third place in terms of potato yield. Here 204 quintals of potatoes are dug from one hectare.
