The implementation of anti-crisis measures in the agro-industrial complex was discussed during a meeting of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region chaired by Governor Anton Alikhanov, the press service of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region reports.
600 million rubles have been allocated for anti-crisis measures in the industry from the reserve fund of the regional government. Business entities are supported in several areas:
- for the preservation of labor and production activities in the agro-industrial complex - 150 million rubles;
– to reimburse part of the cost of purchasing feed in the production of pork, poultry meat and eggs - 150 million rubles;
- for the construction, modernization, reconstruction of vegetable stores and greenhouse complexes - 50 million rubles;
– to reimburse part of the costs for the purchase of equipment to manufacturers of semi-finished products and frozen products - 250 million rubles.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the region, all jobs and the level of wages have been preserved in the industry, there are no wage arrears.
In order to support farmers during the sowing campaign, subsidies were transferred in the amount of more than 60% of the annual limits. This is over 300 million rubles.
To carry out spring field work, agricultural producers are fully provided with sowing and planting material, mineral fertilizers, they have access to targeted preferential short-term bank loans. The farms have sufficient technical equipment to carry out and complete spring field work in optimal agrotechnical terms.
