Deputy Minister of Agriculture Yelena Fastova at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes announced a reduction in funding for the state program for the development of the agro-industrial complex within the framework of the budget process, Interfax reports. According to her, to a greater extent this will affect subsidies.
“There was a tangible decrease in subsidies - stimulating and compensating, this is 8 billion rubles, what we send to the subjects, as well as 3 billion rubles - a decrease in land reclamation,” said Elena Fastova.
In general, during the formation of the budget for 2021-2023, the basic budgetary allocations were “optimized by 10% of the budget law”. In this regard, 2021 billion rubles are provided for the state program for 257,5, 2022 billion rubles for 300, and 2023 billion rubles for 296. Previously, it was planned to allocate RUB 2021 billion to finance the state program in 291,217, and RUB 2022 billion in 327,282.
Fastova also said that for 2021, the index of physical volume of investments is provided at 102% instead of the previously planned 110%. “Accordingly, we see indicators of decline in the index of production and value added,” she said.
